1. Downloading and installation

1.1 Unable to download the setup file from website

  1. If you are unable to download the set-up file from the website, check if you have enough disk space on your computer to save the set-up file. Make sure you are connected to internet.
  2. Make sure you have the necessary privileges to download files from internet onto your computer. Log in to the administrator profile and then attempt to download the set-up file.
  3. Make sure your internet connection is stable throughout the download process.
  4. If the download process is interrupted for any reason, please delete the set-up file you have partially downloaded and then begin the download process again.
  5. You can’t download and install our software onto WebTV receivers or PDAs, as these devices don’t have the capability to store information.

1.2 Can PartyPoker.com be downloaded on WebTV or a PDA?

WebTV
You can’t install PartyPoker.com on WebTV as the device does not have a storage system for the software files.

PDA
It is an abbreviation of personal digital assistant, and refers to electronic handheld information device which functions as a pocket PC. Although PDAs have many of the capabilities of PCs, they do not support the PartyPoker.com software. This is because the screen size (in pixels) of PDAs is 320x240, and PartyPoker.com’s software requires a screen size of at least 800x600. Also, it is Windows CE 3.0 based.

BlackBerry®:
BlackBerry® doesn’t have the required .dll files that are needed to run PartyPoker.com software.

1.3 Unable to install the application

  1. Make sure you have enough disk space on your computer to install the application.
  2. Ensure you have the necessary privileges to install applications on your computer. Log in to the administrator profile and then try to install the application.
  3. You need administrative privileges to install our software on your computer. You will not be able to install the application if you are logged into the guest profile or profiles with no installation rights on your computer.
  4. You can create a new profile with installation rights if you are logged in to the administrative profile on your computer.

1.4 Error “Not a valid Win32 application/Invalid Packet Size/Incorrect File”

This error message can be caused by any of the following:

  1. The file as a whole is corrupt, or one or more of its contents are missing. If you used third-party software to shorten the file’s download time, try downloading the file again without it. After downloading and before beginning installation, make sure that the file size of the setup file is correct.
  2. The file is not compatible with the operating system. Check the compatibility chart to find out if PartyPoker.com is compatible with your operating system. If it is not compatible, you should upgrade your operating system.
  3. The file is not compatible with your hardware. If you get this error message during installation, it is possible that you do not have the latest drivers installed on your computer. Install the latest multimedia drivers on your computer.

1.5 How to install a digital certificate

If a pop-up showing ‘Unknown publisher’ appears during installation, follow these steps:

  1. Click on ‘More/View More/More Information’.
  2. Click on ‘View Certificate’.
  3. Click on ‘Install Certificate’.
  4. Close all windows and restart the PartyPoker.com application.

1.6 Why can’t I upgrade the software?

  1. The blue bar keeps running in loops.
  2. The upgrader stops downloading.

We suggest uninstalling and reinstalling our software if either of these situations arises. To uninstall and reinstall our software:

  1. Click on ‘Start All Programs’.
  2. Click on ‘PartyPoker.com Uninstall PartyPoker.com’.
  3. Re-download the software from the website and reinstall it.

1.7 Connecting for the first time.

You may be unable to connect to our game servers despite being connected to the internet because of a firewall installed on your computer. This means the ports used by our software are blocked. Firewalls like Norton Internet Security, Zone Alarm, Windows XP, and McAfee Personal Firewall may block the application's access to the internet.

We use TCP protocol and the ports 443, 2147 for communication. Please ask your network administrator or the person in charge of maintaining firewall configuration to open up these ports for outgoing and incoming traffic, or to allow the application to access the internet.

1.8 Connecting to Party applications after an upgrade.

Firewalls will sometimes fail to recognize upgraded Party products and so will block access to them. Open your firewall and ensure that Party software is allowed access

2. Account Creation

2.1 How to create an account

  1. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
  2. Open the application from the desktop shortcut or from the ‘Program Files’ list.
  3. Click on ‘Create New PartyAccount’
  4. Follow the instructions on screen to create an account
  5. The account name and email address you provide should be unique to you. We don’t allow multiple accounts with same account names and email addresses.
  6. If you are unable to create an account, try registering with a different account name and email address. For security purposes, our software system will not allow you to create accounts with similar account names and email addresses.

3. Login and connectivity issues

3.1 Unable to log in

  1. Use a stable internet connection to play our games. Your internet connection plays a vital role in connectivity to our game servers.
  2. If you have a dial-up internet connection, we recommend you upgrade to a high speed/broadband internet connection.
  3. If you have a high speed/broadband internet connection, we recommend that you do not use any other applications while you are playing at our games.
  4. Avoid using media streaming applications or P2P applications like KaZaa, Limewire, and Ares, as these applications leave very little bandwidth available for our applications to run on.

3.1.1 Why can’t I log in to my account?

If you cannot log in or the Lobby is not opening:

  1. Check if you are connected to the internet
  2. If you’re running any firewall software, such as Zone Alarm, McAfee, or Norton Internet Security, make sure it will allow PartyPoker.com to access your computer.
  3. If ports 2147 and 443 are blocked by a modem or router, please unblock them.
  4. If you are playing from your work place, contact your network administrator to unblock the ports mentioned above.
  5. Please refer to our error messages section if you receive any error messages when you log in.

3.2 Connectivity problems/internet delays

  1. Internet delays or disconnections occur for a number of reasons. The following issues can contribute towards poor connectivity to our servers:
    • Service will be slow if a high number of internet gateways fall between our site and your system. If any of these intermediate servers are slow the transmission to your system will also slow down, causing internet delays or disconnections.
    • Your connection bandwidth
    • The configuration of your system
    • The number of applications you are running which access the internet
    • The amount of available memory space on your system
  2. Delete temporary internet files and cookies from your browser from time to time to maintain a healthy internet connection.
  3. If you have a dial-up connection, which is the minimum requirement, you may wish to upgrade to a cable or a fixed line internet connection that will minimize the chances of disconnections. You may also wish to contact your internet service provider for further assistance.

4. Ports and protocols

4.1 What are ports?

Ports are the connections on the back of your computer which are used to hook up devices such as keyboards and digital cameras to your machine. Common types of ports include USB, firewire, and ethernet ports.

4.2 What ports does PartyPoker.com use?

PartyPoker.com uses ports 2147 and 443.

4.3 What is a protocol?

A protocol is a set of rules designed to allow two computers to communicate with each other.

4.4 What protocol does PartyPoker.com use?

We use the TCP/IP protocol.

4.5 What is an IP address?

An IP address, also known as an ‘IP number’ or ‘IP’, is a code that identifies a particular computer on the internet. It is made up of numbers with three dots separating them. Every computer, whether it is a web server or the computer you're using right now, requires an IP address/number to connect to the internet. Your internet service provider (ISP) will assign you either a static IP address (which is always the same) or a dynamic IP address (which changes every time you log on).

5. Firewalls

5.1 What is a firewall?

A firewall is software used for system protection which restricts access to harmful sites and blocks entry or transfer of data depending on the level of security it is configured to provide.

5.2 Utility and aspect preferences

5.3 Am I likely to have a hardware firewall?

A hardware firewall is a device to which you connect your computers or network in order to protect them from unauthorized access, and is mostly used by network groups. If you are connected to PartyPoker.com using an office computer, there is a high probability a hardware firewall is in place. Routers and modems fall under this category. Ask your network administrator to configure ports 2147 and 443.

5.4 What are the most common firewalls used by PartyPoker.com players on the Windows operating system?

Norton Personal Firewall

  1. Double-click on the Norton Internet Security icon in the system tray (the bottom right-hand corner of the screen) or click on Start  à  Program Files  à  Norton Internet Security.
  2. Click on ‘Personal Firewall ON’ and then click on ‘Configure’.
  3. Click on ‘Program Control’.
  4. Click on ‘Add’ and add PartyGaming to the list.
  5. Select the application and change your internet access settings from ‘Block All’ to ‘Permit All’.
  6. Click on ‘OK’ and double-click on the PartyPoker.com icon to connect.

Alternative method for Norton Internet Security Center

  1. Right-click on the Norton Internet Security icon in the system tray (in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen).
  2. Click on ‘Norton Internet Security Options’
  3. Click on ‘Firewall’.
  4. Under ‘HTTP Port List’, click on ‘Add’.
  5. Add the port numbers 2147 and 443 one at a time.
  6. Click on ‘OK’ and double-click on the PartyPoker.com icon to connect.

McAfee Personal Firewall Plus

  1. Double-click on the McAfee Security Center icon in the system tray (in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen) or click on Start  à  Program Files à  McAfee Security Center.
  2. Click on ‘McAfee Personal Firewall Plus’.
  3. Then click on ‘Internet Applications’.
  4. Click on ‘New Allowed Application’ and add PartyGaming to the list.
  5. Select the application and set your system to ‘Allow Full Access’.
  6. Close the window and double-click on the PartyPoker.com icon to connect.

Zone Alarm

  1. Double-click on the Zone Alarm icon in the system tray (in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen) or click on Start  à  Program Files  à  Zone Alarm.
  2. As the application opens, click on ‘Program Control’ on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on ‘Program’ tab on the right-hand side.
  4. Click on ‘Add’ in the bottom-right corner and add PartyGaming to the list.
  5. Select the application in the list and change all the ‘?’ marks to ‘√’ marks.
  6. Close all the applications and restart the computer to log in to PartyPoker.com.

Freedom Firewall

  1. Click on Start  à  Program Files  à  Freedom.
  2. As the application opens, click on ‘Firewall’ on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on ‘Internet Access Rules’.
  4. Click on ‘Add Program’ at the bottom and add PartyGaming to the list.
  5. Select the application and click on ‘√ Allow’ at the bottom.
  6. Close all the applications and log in to PartyPoker.com

Kapersky DefenderPro Firewall

  1. Open the firewall by clicking on the icon in the system tray (in the-bottom right hand corner of the screen).
  2. Click on ‘Service’ in the menu across the top and choose ‘Application Rules’.
  3. Click the ‘New’ button.
  4. Under ‘Action’, choose ‘Allow activity of the application according to its type’.
  5. Under ‘Rules Description’, click ‘Specify the application name’.
  6. Browse the program folder and choose PartyGaming.
  7. Click the ‘Select’ button and click on ‘Finish’.
  8. Close all the applications and log in to PartyPoker.com.

Windows XP Firewall

  1. Click on Start --> Control Panel à Windows Firewall.
  2. As the window opens, click on ‘Exceptions’ tab.
  3. Under ‘Program and Servers’, click on ‘Add Program’.
  4. Add PartyGaming to the list and change ‘Block All’ to ‘Permit All’.
  5. Click on ‘OK’ and close all the applications.
  6. Restart the system and connect to PartyPoker.com.

BlackICE Firewall

  1. Open BlackICE Firewall application and click on ‘Tools’.
  2. Click on ‘Edit Black Ice Settings’.
  3. In the new window, select the ‘Protection’ tab and then check the ‘Trusting’ box.
  4. Click on ‘Apply’ and then on ‘OK’.

eTrust EZ Firewall

  • Open EZ Firewall and click ‘Privacy’ on the left-hand side of the window.
  • In the tab labeled ‘Site List’.
  • Scroll to the row for www.partypoker.com.
  • In that row, right-click the column labeled ‘Private Header’ and select ‘Allow’.
  • Close all windows and reconnect to PartyPoker.com.

6. Video problems

6.1 To view our games and website content at their highest quality, your screen resolution should be set to 1024x768 with 96 DPI settings.

To adjust your screen resolution:

Windows

  1. Click on the ‘Start’ button.
  2. Select ‘Settings/Control Panel’.
  3. Double-click on ‘Display’.
  4. Click on ‘Settings’.
  5. Adjust the screen area to 1024x768.
  6. Click on the ‘Advanced’ button and change the ‘Font Size/DPI Setting’ to ‘Small/Normal Fonts (96 DPI)’.
  7. Click on ‘Apply’ and then click on the ‘OK’ button.
  8. Once you have successfully changed the settings, please start our software again by double-clicking on the icon on your desktop.

6.2 How can I enlarge the PartyPoker.com screen on my computer?

Follow these steps:

  • Right-click on the Windows desktop
  • Click on 'Properties' on the pop-up menu. The ‘Display Properties’ dialog box will open.
  • Click the 'Settings' tab and change the screen resolution to 800x600 pixels (for full screen) or 1024x768 pixels (for three-quarter size screen).
  • Change the ‘Color Quality’ to ‘24 bit’, or ‘True Color’, or ‘High Color (32 bit)’, and click 'OK'.
  • Restart your computer to allow the changes.

6.3 I am unable to view the complete table

If you are not able to view the complete table window or the table graphic does not fit the window appropriately, you may need to change the DPI settings on your computer. To change the DPI setting on your computer, follow these steps:

  1. Right-click the Windows desktop.
  2. Click ‘Properties’ on the pop-up menu. This will open the ‘Display Properties’ dialog box.
  3. Click the ‘Settings’ tab, and then click the ‘Advanced’ button.
  4. On the ‘General’ tab, your DPI settings appear in a list in the ‘Display’ area. To change the DPI setting, select a size from the DPI setting drop-down list under ‘Display’, make sure the DPI setting is set to 96 DPI, and then click ‘OK’.
  5. Restart your computer to allow the changes to take effect.

7. Audio problems

7.1 Enabling the in-game sounds on our products is easy. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in using your PartyAccount.
  2. Select the ‘Options’ menu in the Lobby.
  3. Click on the ‘Video and Audio Options’ option and make sure it is checked.
  4. Click on the ’Sounds On/Off’ option and make sure it is checked.

7.2 Please check that you have a valid sound card installed in your system, and that your speakers are switched on and not set to mute.

7.3 If you have difficulty hearing the sounds on Party products, please make sure that the option for wave sounds is not set to mute in the ‘Volume Control’ panel, which is accessible from your taskbar. You can also access the ‘Volume Control’ panel by following the path: Start à All Programs à Accessories à Entertainment.

8. MAC OS

8.1 Our software does not support Apple Mac machines. Players with Mac machines can play on our Anywhere Beta version, which can be found here.

8.2 Another alternative is to use a third-party software to play on our games. Virtual PC is software which works by emulating a Pentium-based Windows machine, right on your Mac. When you launch Virtual PC, the Windows OS appears inside a window on your Mac desktop. You can switch back and forth between your Mac OS and Windows as easily as you go between any two windows on your Mac desktop.

8.3 How do I remove cache files on a Mac?

Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click on ‘Safari’ on top-left corner.
  3. Click on ‘Empty Cache’ in the drop down menu.

Netscape Navigator 4.x for Mac OS

  1. Select preference in the ‘Edit’ menu.
  2. In the left-hand panel, click the arrow to the left of ‘Advanced’.
  3. Click ‘Cache’.
  4. Click ‘Clear Disk Cache Now’, and then click ‘OK’ twice.

Mozilla Firefox 1.0 for Mac OS X

  1. Select ‘Preferences’ under the Firefox menu.
  2. Select ‘Privacy’ in the drop-down menu. Next to ‘Cache’, click the ‘Clear’ button.
  3. Click ‘OK’.

Opera 4.0 for Windows and Mac

  1. Select ‘Preferences | Cache’ from the menu.
  2. Click on the ‘Empty’ button.

or

  1. Use File Manager.
  2. Go to the ‘Opera’ directory (default is c:\Program Files\Opera.
  3. Open the folder called ‘Cache’.
  4. Delete all the files in this folder.

9. Website problems

9.1 I am unable to view the web pages.

1. Make sure you are connected to the internet and are able to browse other websites.
2. Delete temporary internet files and cookies from your browser.
3. Reduce the privacy to low in your browser in order to accept cookies.
4. Add https://*.partyaccount.com and https://*.partycashier.com to the list of trusted sites in your browser.

10. Play money chips

10.1 What has happened to my play chip balance?

  1. We don’t maintain transaction and game records for play money games. We only retain these records for real money games.
  2. The outcome of a live game is immediately reflected in the account balance at the end of each hand.

10.2 How can I accumulate chips in my account?

  1. The only way to accumulate play money chips is to play our games.
  2. Chips cannot be transferred to your account from any other source.
  3. Check your account balance at the end of each hand.

10.3 Sometimes I lose my play money chips or my chip balance is shown as negative balance. Why?

The play-money tables are designed to allow new players to get a feel for online poker and our site. We do not maintain game records for these tables.

Your chip balance may appear to be negative when you have accumulated more than 20 million chips. Rest assured that your chip balance is intact. You can view the actual balance by going to any limit table and clicking on ‘Use All’.

11. Lobby issues

11.1 Slow service or delays in our Lobby

  1. If you have any problems with our software while you are logging in or playing at the tables, you should uninstall the software completely and reinstall it in a new location on your computer. This will increase the performance of the Lobby.
  2. Have as few applications as possible open while you are playing our games.
  3. Do a disk clean-up on your computer from time to time to delete all the unnecessary files on your computer.

11.2 The game options aren’t showing on the game tables

  1. This is a system-specific problem, but not a problem from our side.
  2. If your system doesn’t have enough resources available for our software, game options may not be displayed and the response time may be slower than usual when you play a hand.
  3. Uninstall the software completely and reinstall it in a new location on your computer.
  4. Avoid using media streaming applications and P2P applications like KaZaa, Limewire, and Ares, as these applications reduce the amount of bandwidth available to run our applications.

11.3 My options at the table are not shown. Why?

Right-click on the desktop, and click 'Properties' on the menu.

  1. Click the 'Settings' tab, and then on 'Advanced'.
  2. Click the 'Troubleshoot/Performance’ tab.
  3. Move the hardware acceleration slider until it is one notch to the right of 'None', the basic acceleration setting.
  4. Click 'OK', and then click 'Close'.
  5. When you are prompted to restart your computer, click 'Yes'.

11.4 Why am I not able to see the chat box?

The text box may not be displayed for a number of reasons:

  • Your font size settings are set to small fonts (72 DPI).
  • The resolution of the screen is less than 800x600 pixels.
  • A file required to display the chat box is missing.

Please follow the steps below to enable your chat box:

  1. Exit from our software.
  2. Minimize all the windows that are open on your screen.
  3. Right-click on the open space on the desktop and select the option 'Properties' from the pop-up menu.
  4. Click on 'Settings' tab in the 'Display Settings/Properties window'.
  5. Change the 'Resolution/Screen Area' to 800x600 pixels. We recommend a resolution of 1024x768 pixels.
  6. Click on 'Advanced' and change the 'Font Size/DPI Setting' to ‘Small/Normal Fonts (96 DPI)’.
  7. Click on 'Apply' and then on 'Ok'.

Once you have successfully changed the settings, please start our software again by double-clicking the icon on your desktop.

11.5 Why does my system freeze when I try to access PartyPoker.com? How can I resolve this?

This can happen for a variety of reasons, the most likely being a lack of available resources on your system. Your computer may simply not have enough memory to run multiple applications and programs simultaneously.

PartyPoker.com’s software requires a reasonable amount of available memory in order to transfer data to and from the client and the server.

PartyPoker.com responds to any lags in internet connectivity by increasing the program ideal time. This can lead to the system freezing.

  1. Do a disk cleanup:
    1. Click on Start à All Programs.
    2. Click on Accessories à System Tools.
    3. Click on ‘Disk Cleanup’.
    4. Check all the boxes shown in the corresponding window.
    5. Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm
  2. Deletion of temporary files on system:
    1. Click on Start à Run.
    2. Type “%temp%” and click on ‘OK’.
    3. Click on ‘Edit Menu’ and click on ‘Select All’.
    4. Delete all files and folders by clicking on the ‘Del’ key on the keyboard.
    5. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm and delete.

11.6 Why am I receiving so many pop-ups from PartyPoker.com?

Advertisers use dynamic web page technologies such as JavaScript, Java, Active X, and ASP or Windows networking software to open new windows containing unwanted advertisements in the foreground or background of your browser. Our site does not participate in this form of advertising or marketing.

Follow the procedure below to turn off the annoying pop-ups:

  1. Click 'Start', point to 'Settings', click 'Control Panel', and then double-click on 'Internet Options'.
  2. Click the ‘Privacy’ tab, and under 'Pop-up Blocker', click on 'Block pop-ups'.
  3. If you want to see pop-up windows from a specific website, click on 'Settings' under 'Pop-up Blocker', type the website address or URL in the 'Address of Website to Allow' box, and click 'Add'.
  4. To temporarily allow a site to display pop-ups, click the information bar when it notifies you that a pop-up has been blocked. Then click 'Temporarily Allow Pop-ups'.

Also you may wish to consider downloading pop-up killer or adware remover software to disable the pop-ups.

11.7 My PartyPoker.com software crashes as soon as I open it, or crashes while I am playing. Why?

This can happen if one or more of the PartyPoker.com files you have installed on your computer are corrupted. Uninstall the software and reinstall it in a different folder.

11.8 Why do I see white dots on the table, and why is a player’s name sometimes shown on the table after he left the table?

Both these problems are system-related: The game graphics sometimes don’t get refreshed in the trail area. Simply minimize and then maximize the game window to resolve the problem.

12. Disconnections

12.1 What happens when I get disconnected from a blackjack table?

If you are disconnected from a blackjack table, the system does not play the game for you. Log out of PartyPoker.com and log back in to resume the unfinished game.

12.2 What happens when I get disconnected from a play or real money table?

If you are disconnected from:

1. Live, ring, or cash games
The money on the table will be added to your account. You can rejoin the table by clicking on the table ID in the Lobby.
2. 1-table and multi-table tournaments
Log out and log back in to be reseated at the table you were playing on.

13. E-mail problems

13.1 I can’t receive emails from PartyAccount and PartyPoker.com.

  1. All account-related information emails are sent from info@partyaccount.com and all the game-related emails are sent from info@partypoker.com.
  2. Check your email account’s junk and spam folders to see if our emails have been filtered out of your inbox.
  3. Add our email addresses to your email account address book so our emails are delivered to your inbox from us aren’t filtered into your spam folder.

13.2 How do I make sure your emails aren’t filtered as spam?

Important: Versions of the mail clients and spam control software may differ. However, the procedure should remain the same.

Email service provider

Steps to be followed

AOL 7, 8

Go to ‘Mail Controls’.
Type PartyPoker.com as the name of the email.
Select ‘Customize Mail Controls’.
For AOL 7.0, under ‘Exclusion and inclusion parameters’, add *@partypoker.com.
For AOL 8.0, under ‘Allow mail from AOL Members and addresses listed’ add *@partypoker.com 
Click ‘Add’ and then Click ‘OK’.

AOL 9

Open an email from PartyPoker.com.
Click on the PartyPoker.com address, which will open a new window titled ‘Info’.
Click on ‘Add to address book’. Click on ‘Save’ in the new window. 

EarthLink

Using TotalAccess Mailbox (Windows)

Open TotalAccess and choose ‘Mailbox’
Click on the ‘Address’ button.
Click ‘File’ and select ‘New Company’.
Type *@partypoker.com.
Click ‘Add’ and then ‘Ok

Using Web Mail (Macintosh, or Windows Online)

Click on ‘Address Book’ below your inbox and other mail folders.
Click on ‘All Categories’ and then on ‘Companies’.
Click the ‘Add’ button.
Type *@partypoker.com.
Click ‘Allow This Company’.
Click ’Save’.

Hotmail or MSN

Open your Hotmail mailbox.
Click on ‘Options link’, on the main menu tabs.
Click on ‘Junk Email Protection’ link.
Click on ‘Safe List’.
Type *@partypoker.com in the filed under ‘Type an address or domain’.
Click ‘Add’.
If you see a PartyPoker.com email in your junk mail folder, click ‘This is not junk mail’ to avoid having emails from the same source sent to the junk mail folder in the future.

Yahoo

Open your Yahoo mailbox.
Click ‘Mail Options’.
Click ‘Filters’.
Click ‘Add’.
In the top row, labeled ‘From header:’, make sure ‘Contains’ is selected in the pull-down menu.
Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter *@partypoker.com. At the bottom, where it says ‘Move the Message To:’ select ‘Inbox’ from the pull-down menu.
Click the ‘Add Filter’ button again.
If the PartyPoker.com email has been filtered to your bulk folder, simply open the message and click on the ‘This is not spam’ link next to the ‘From’ field.

McAfee Spamkiller

Click ‘Friends’ from the sidebar.
Click ’Add’.
Make sure ‘All users at a domain’ is selected under ‘Friend type’.
Type *@partypoker.com in the address field.
Click ‘OK’.

Norton AntiSpam

Start up Norton AntiSpam, Click the ‘Status and Settings’ tab
Click ’AntiSpam’ (middle of the screen).
Click yellow ‘Configure’ button (in the bottom-right of screen).
Click ‘Allowed List tab’ (the second tab on the list of tabs).
Click ‘Add’ button (in the lower–left of the screen).
In the ‘Email Address’ box, enter*@partypoker.com.
Click on ‘OK’.

Outlook 2003

Start Outlook.
On the ‘Tools’ menu, click ‘Options’.
On the ‘Preferences’ tab, click ‘Junk Email’.
On the ‘Safe Senders’ tab, click ‘Add’.
In the ‘Add address or domain’ dialog box, type *@partypoker.com, and then click ‘OK’.
Click ‘OK’ to close the ‘Junk Email Options’ dialog box.
Click ‘OK’ to close the ‘Options’ dialog box.

Juno

To configure your safe lists:
Click the ‘Options’ button within ‘Email on the Web’.
On the ‘Mail Options’ screen, click the ‘Safe Lists’ link.
The ‘Options: Safe List’ screen will appear, displaying your current safe list.
You can add addresses to your safe list by typing an address in the box under ‘Add Address to Safe List’. Add *@partypoker.com
Click the ’Add’ button to add the address to the list on the right.
When you are finished, click the ‘Save’ button.

14. Common error codes

Error code Error category Resolution
1006.0 Server error/connectivity

Step 1: Log in after clicking on the ’seat open’ button on a table. 

Step 2: Restart your computer and try to access a table without logging in.
4.0 Connectivity You will see these error codes when your internet connection is slow. Do a disk clean-up, restart your computer, and try again. If the problem persists, contact your ISP.
15.0 Connectivity
1094 Tournament registration If you are unable to register for one of our tournaments because of this error, please restart your computer, do a disk cleanup, go to the tournament lobby, click on login and then register for the tournament. If the problem persists, contact our Customer Care team.
6.610 Rebuy play chips Please try requesting chips no more than every five minutes. If the problem persists, contact our Customer Care team.
11.0 / 113.0 Account registration If you are unable to create an account with us and are receiving error message 11.0, do a disk clean-up and restart your computer.
9001 Frozen account
Contact our Customer Care team immediately.
9002 Frozen account
